Caesars Apples
Brewed Hard Cider
Brewed Hard Cider
This project was a part of a challenge to design a brand based around a physical product and then create that product in the real world. After researching the origin of hard cider I found that the first written record of hard cider was in 55 BCE during Julius Caesars reign over the Roman Empire when he found the Celts fermenting crabapples to make cider during his conquest of England. He brought that recipe back to Rome and the drinking of cider spread far and wide. In these slides you will see all designed branding collateral, product photos, as well as a storyboard of my process brewing and bottling the first (*and only) batch of Caesars Apples Hard Cider. The final product was a (drinkable, but not great) carbonated semi-sweet cider with about 10% alcohol content.
